personally i don’t like sweet food (candy, cake, chocolate,etc) and i love
salty food !! so you will rarely watch me eat those sood / snacks.
but…. sometimes when i feel so stress with my work or depresion i can feel
that i wanted so much eat or drink anything but sweet !!
sometimes when i’m going home from office i stop by to the mini market and
buy some sweet snack like chocolate bar, lychee juice, or ice cream.
i read in newspaper that sweet food is good for our brain !
wow ! i didn’t know it, but i think it’s true because i feel it my self.
when my head feel so stuck (even i hate sweet food) i looking for some sweet
snack !… LOL 😀
